Coping strategies of selected MSMEs in Laguna one year after COVID-19

This paper investigates the coping strategies employed by sample micro, small, or medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Laguna using SME Competitiveness Grid framework developed International Trade Centre (ITC). The finds that MSMEs did not find it easy to access MSME assistance programs, and many are even aware such programs exist. However, most were found be flexible innovative when comes their strategies; common through online platforms customizing making new products. also on reduction of fixed operating costs, improvements credit access, greater ease doing business desired forms government intervention, consistent with findings earlier surveys.
